Your bridal preview is one of the most exciting parts of your wedding makeup journey. It’s where we bring your vision to life, refine your look and ensure everything feels perfect, polished and authentically you.

This appointment is relaxed, collaborative and tailored entirely to your wedding style - from your dress and hairstyle to your colour palette and the overall mood of your day.

My goal is to create a look you’re obsessed with and confident wearing, so your wedding morning feels seamless and stress free.

While a bridal preview isn’t mandatory, I always recommend it. It’s your opportunity to explore your vision, test different tones and finishes, and fine-tune every detail. Most brides find it gives them complete peace of mind leading into their wedding morning.

FAQ's

When do I book my preview in for?

I recommend booking your preview 2–3 months before your wedding, once:

  • You've chosen your dress

  • You have an idea of your hairstyle,

  • Your bridal colour palette is locked in.

This ensures your final look aligns beautifully with your entire wedding vision.

Try to book it in when you have an event on, to see how it wears, and so it's not going to waste!

Where do trials take place?

All bridal previews are completed in my home studio in Pakenham.

Can I bring my friend to my preview?

I usually prefer to keep bridal previews just for you, so we can focus entirely on creating your perfect look without outside opinions. After all, this is your look - it’s about what you love. However, if you really need to bring a friend, that’s absolutely fine.

How long does the appointment take?

Allow 60-75 minutes to design and refine your look.

Can I try more than one look?

You’re welcome to explore variations (e.g. softer eyes, deeper lip), but we focus on creating one cohesive, refined final look.
If you'd like to trial dramatically different styles, multiple appointments will be needed.

Can bridesmaids or mums do trials too?

Yes, of course!

Do I need to wear my makeup look home?

Yes! I encourage you to wear it for the rest of the day, as long as you can to see how it feels, wears and photographs in different lighting.
